Cheeseburger In Paradise

Buchanan, Tenn.- The Henry County Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse will once again hold Cheeseburgers at Breakers from 6-10 p.m. on Thursday, June 20th at Breakers Marina, located at 526 Shamrock Road in Buchanan. Cheeseburger In Paradise

Paris, Tenn.–The annual Cheeseburger in Paradise fundraising event for the Carl Perkins Center will be held from 6-10 p.m. Thursday, June 20, at The Breakers. All proceeds go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Heritage Arts Festival In McKenzie

McKenzie, Tenn.–The Heritage Arts Festival will be held in downtown McKenzie from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 22 and it’s chock full of activities for young and old. The event will feature old time games, homemade arts and demonstrations such as basketry, blacksmithing and more, an ice cream social and children’s activities. Live music will be performed in the gazebo from 2-4 p.m. The event is sponsored by Carroll Arts and is part of the McKenzie 150th celebration.

Adventures In The Kitchen

Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Extension Service is holding a two-day camp for children July 1-2 in which they will learn cooking skills and healthy eating.
