Steely Dan and the Doobie Brothers announced a co-headlining North American summer tour, with the 37-date trek kicking off May 10th in Charlotte, North Carolina and wrapping July 14th in Bethel, New York. After booking a show in London that was advertised as a “farewell” show, Paul Simon has now confirmed that he’ll be retiring from the road after one more tour, kicking off May 16 in Vancouver, Canada. Homeward Bound — The Farewell tour will visit North America, the U.K. and Europe before wrapping up July 15 with a show in London’s Hyde Park. Chicago and REO Speedwagon both have plenty of tour dates lined up this year already, but the veteran rock acts have found time in their busy schedules to line up a lengthy joint North American summer tour.
