Taking A Stance Against Domestic Violence

Paris, Tenn.—To spotlight Domestic Violence Awareness, Henry County Juvenile Court Judge Vicki Snyder and her staff, Sheriff Monte Belew, Chief Deputy Damon Lowe, Circuit Court Clerk Mike Wilson, Brancy Patton of WRAP (Women’s Resource and Rape Assistance Program) released balloons this afternoon. It was part of “Take A Stance Against Domestic Violence” and Judge Snyder noted that domestic violence is a serious issue in the local juvenile court and for law enforcement. “We want to stop it when the child is young, so that it is not perpetuated as the child grows older,” she said.
